Three great wines are always an achievement.
Three natural wines, three different geographic zones, three bouquets that carried us away. In collaboration with Senza Trucco, our wine supplier, we note down colour hues, we lay our noses in the glasses and taste with you three natural wines that tell about their land of origin and the stories of their producers.
The three wines will be paired with three rice recipes. Not any rice of course: we chose gliAironi by Risi&Co, a firm from near Vercelli that has decided to experiment low-impact farming to rediscover the finest and most traditional varieties of this cereal, subjected after harvesting to soft processing in order to keep the grains coarser and preserve the proteins, vitamins and mineral salts. Tonight’s wines will be accompanied by Carnaroli, Arborio and Whole Red.
