We are inaugurating the new season of Saturday lunches with a producer we have at heart: Renato Fenocchio.

On Saturday, January 18, from 12:30 PM on, at the table with us there will be Renato and Milva with their wines coupled with a four-course ad-hoc menu:
– our fried dumpling with “stracciatella” and raw veal sausage
– linguine (pasta) with anchovy butter and rosemary-flavoured breadcrumbs
– Californian-style steer roast with season vegetables
– chocolate cake, rigorously dark, with orange compote

– A blind taste as a welcome to warm up the crowd… who will guess?
– Nebbiolo Spetacol 2018
– Barbera d’Alba 2018
– Barbaresco Starderi 2015
and for the grand finale, a few magnums of Barbaresco Rombone 2016!
