Quadre goes ashore at the Bunker!

While in via Perugia the redecoration works are under way, every Monday and Tuesday our kitchen moves at the Bunker, in via Paganini 0/200, to offer you a gourmet aperitif based on our tapas.

Starting Monday, June 29, and all along the month of July, from 6 to 10 PM, our kitchen and cave are ready to welcome you, surrounded by music, padel, beach volley, wake-board and much more.

From the cave a dozen natural wines from local Italian and French producers, all served by the glass.

From the kitchen:
– knife-cut steak tartare with anchovy sauce and egg yolk
– “zeppola” stuffed with basked ham mousse and rosemary
– olive “focaccia” with baked sweet peppers
– “focaccia” with codfish cream and potatoes
– our parmigiana (steamed aubergine, fresh tomato sauce and “stracciatella”)
– roast beef with soused zucchini
– tomato fritter with feta cheese and mint
– black steamed bun with confit tomatoes and “stracciatella”
– sweet paprika – flavoured sandwich with stracchino cheese, smoked salmon, red onion and mâche
– ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese with lemon rinds and white martini reduction

The tapas cost EUR 5 each.
