Another event you cannot miss out! The Consortium for the safeguard of the cheese Robiola di Roccaverano and the wines by Società Agricola Angelini Paolo are Quadre‘s guests to let you know the Monferrato, in collaboration with the Consortium “Colline del Monferrato Casalese”.

The menu:
Starter: Szechuan pepper-flavoured pears with Robiola di Roccaverano cheese and balsamic vinegar-flavoured onions
First course: Potato gnocchi with spinach, Robiola cheese and apples
Main course: Veal jowl over saffron sauce with fennel and beetroot salad
(Vegetarian: salted waffle with artichokes, Robiola di Roccaverano cheese and drops of Gentile Bio hazelnut cream)
Dessert: lemon baked cream with “cat’s tongue” biscuits

Symphonia (Viognier/Chardonnay)
Grignolino
“Adamant” Barbera Superiore
Passito di Moscato
